CX Lavender has announced the promotions of Georgina Thomas and KaLing Ng to the role of joint client services directors.
Thomas, who served as business head, is a long-term CX Lavender employee and has been with the agency for 12 years.
Ng joined the communication and customer experience agency one year ago and was previously in senior roles at Richards Rose and Leo Burnett.
Thomas and Ng join the CX Lavender leadership team to helm its business management function and are charged with the delivery of consistent client experience and results across the agency.
Adam Washington, CEO of CX Lavender, said: “Too often, an external orientation means agencies miss out on the benefit of promoting the best talent from within.
“Georgina and KaLing are both passionate, talented leaders who have demonstrated extraordinary commitment to their clients’ outcomes, and to the agency. We couldn’t be happier to welcome them to the leadership team to shape the future of Business Management,” he added.
Thomas said of her appointment: “After 12 years, it’s a hugely exciting time to be taking this next step at Lavender and I feel extremely lucky to be working alongside KaLing and an incredibly talented group of people as we move towards this next stage of growth for the agency and for our brilliant clients.”
Ng said of her promotion: “It’s remarkable how much George and I have already achieved these first weeks in our jointly held roles. It’s an effective partnership that’s proving that two heads truly are better than one.
“I couldn’t be prouder to be a part of this leadership team and am excited about the future as we deliver industry-leading CX for our clients,” she added.
CX Lavender also announced that its longstanding executive creative director Ryan Stubna, who’s been with the agency nearly a decade, has been made partner, joining head of technology Clint Bauer and founder Will Lavender.
CX Lavender’s clients include Westpac, nbn, RAMS, BT, RAA, Amex, Audi, EB Games, GameStop, headspace Australia and Stockland.
Thomas and Ng’s promotions follow the recent appointments of Washington as CEO and Craig Page as chief strategy officer.
