Survival reality juggernaut Alone Australia is back – bigger, bolder, and more brutal than ever. Kicking off with a double episode on Wednesday, 26th March, at 7.30pm on SBS and SBS On Demand, season three drops ten fearless contestants into the rugged West Coast Ranges of Tasmania (Lutruwita).
With no support, no contact, and no second chances, they’ll battle the elements and their own limits in a fight to be the last one standing – and claim a $250,000 prize.
The ten survivalists will battle the elements with just 10 handpicked items. No crew, no help – just their skills, instincts, and resilience. Tap out, medical extraction, or victory – those are the only ways out.
This season is packed with firsts – equal gender representation, the oldest contestant in the series history, and next-level hunting, fishing, and shelter-building. But the real fight isn’t just against nature – it’s against isolation, hunger, and the mental toll of being utterly alone.
SBS head of unscripted, Joseph Maxwell, said: “The resilience of the 10 participants is extraordinary. Their unfiltered, raw stories are filled with surprise, insight and drama. Alone Australia season three is gripping TV.”
