Alchemy One has announced the appointment of Sarah Kent as business director.
In her new role, Kent will be responsible for delivering transformative marketing solutions for client partners and will be critical in the continued growth and development of the independent media agency’s strategy and planning team.
Kent has 11 years of experience across connections planning and client partnerships, having worked in senior roles for OMD Australia, Carat Australia and mSix&Partners. She comes to Alchemy One from a client partner role at Mindshare where she was instrumental in building and nurturing the planning community, as well as leading her account group.
At Mindshare, Kent was key in developing award-winning work with many clients, including Huggies’ “parent-faming”. With her passion for connections planning, she continued to evolve and develop connections planning best practice across the agency.
Kent’s experience spans many industries working across clients such as Kimberly Clark, IAG, EA Games, Freedom Furniture and Woolworths Insurance.

Kent’s appointment follows the recent additions to the agency of Nicola Watkins as strategy director and Jeremy Chaker as digital director.
Kent’s appointment is effective immediately.
