Airtasker locks in $11m media push with oOh! and NOVA
Airtasker has secured $11 million in media capital across new three-year partnerships with oOh!media and NOVA Entertainment.

Airtasker has secured $11 million in media capital through new three-year partnerships with oOh!media and NOVA Entertainment, expanding its advertising footprint across out of home and audio.
Each media company will provide Airtasker with $5.5 million in advertising services over three years. The deals give the local services marketplace access to oOh!media’s national outdoor network and NOVA Entertainment’s radio, digital audio and podcast inventory.
What the $11 million media deals include
oOh!media’s network spans more than 30,000 sites across Australia, including billboards, street furniture, airports, office towers and retail centres.
NOVA Entertainment adds eight metro radio stations across five capital cities, alongside digital audio, podcasts and Coles Radio in more than 800 stores nationally.
The partnerships are structured through convertible notes. oOh!media will provide $5.5 million in advertising services in exchange for a $5 million convertible note carrying a 4.9 per cent coupon.

At maturity, Airtasker can repay the notes and accrued interest in cash or, subject to the relevant conditions, convert them into shares at a 10 per cent discount to Airtasker’s 30-trading-day volume-weighted average share price.
Airtasker builds on its media partnership strategy
Airtasker has previously worked with oOh!media, ARN Media and Nine Entertainment as part of its Australian media partnership strategy.
The company said its unprompted brand awareness rose 20 per cent during FY26, based on YouGov Brand Tracker data comparing June 2026 with June 2025.
Airtasker Australia revenue increased 11.3 per cent on the prior comparable period to $46.3 million in FY26. Marketplace gross merchandise value reached a record $211.6 million, up 10.9 per cent, while its monetisation rate increased 10 basis points to 21.9 per cent.
Tim Fung, Airtasker chief executive and founder, said: “Airtasker is super excited to be partnering with oOh!media once again, and to be adding NOVA and their powerful audio ecosystem to our roster of media partners. These partnerships help us grow our brand in a capital efficient way, with national reach across out of home and audio - and the flexibility to go big when it counts.”
Fung added: “The era of AI is set to accelerate a shift in human labour toward local trades and skilled craft work; work that is hands-on and in-person. Demand for what we do is going to grow, and these partnerships let us further strengthen our position as the number one marketplace for local services in Australia."
oOh!media and NOVA back the partnership
Andrew Every, oOh!media chief strategy and transformation officer, said the renewed arrangement builds on the work the companies have already done together.
“Airtasker is about getting things done in the real world, and its customers are exactly the people our network connects with every day. This partnership has been driven by creativity and innovation from the outset. You can see it in the work we've created together and in the strong brand growth that's followed. We're proud to extend our partnership and continue supporting Airtasker’s success for another three years.”
Nicole Bence, NOVA Entertainment chief commercial officer, said the audio company would focus on the influence its talent has with audiences.
“We’re really looking forward to kicking off our partnership with Airtasker. They understand that when you want people to take action, who delivers the message matters. Any media partner can get you reach. What sets us apart is the trust and influence our creators have with their audiences, and the power of those relationships to drive real business outcomes. When a brand’s story starts with us, it doesn’t end there. The right creator can bring it to life well beyond the ad break."
