BENCH PR adds three new clients to Australian roster

Contentful, Barracuda Networks, and Glean have all signed on the dotted line.

Sydney-based technology public relations agency BENCH PR has won three new clients - Contentful, Barracuda Networks, and Glean - following competitive pitches, while also expanding its existing partnership with cybersecurity firm Illumio into South East Asia.

The wins add a digital experience platform, a cybersecurity company, and a Work AI platform to BENCH PR's portfolio, further consolidating the agency's position as a go-to communications partner for global technology firms entering the Australian and Asia-Pacific markets.

Three new names, one expanded remit

Contentful provides teams with tools to create, manage, and deliver digital content at scale across multiple channels.

Barracuda Networks offers cybersecurity solutions designed to be straightforward to buy, deploy, and use through a partner-first model.

Glean uses AI to help enterprise teams locate information and connect knowledge across their organisation.

The expanded remit with Illumio - an existing BENCH PR client - will see the agency's work extend beyond Australia into Southeast Asia.

Client confidence

Contentful's head of marketing ANZ, Veronika Birnkammer, pointed to the agency's regional reputation as a key factor in the decision.

"Bench PR are the tech brand launcher in ANZ. Contentful is growing rapidly in this region, so partnering with the highly skilled Bench PR team was an obvious choice for us, and we are excited about what we will achieve together," she said.

The new business comes after BENCH PR was named in March 2026 as the only Australian PR agency included in Provoke Media's list of the world's top 40 tech PR agencies.
