Superloop, the challenger internet service provider, has appointed Zenith Australia as its media agency as the brand scales its business for more growth.
Superloop has tasked Zenith with managing media strategy, planning, buying and research across all channels with the appointment effective from 1 March 2024.
The appointment signifies the consolidation of the account under Publicis Groupe, with Leo Burnett already managing the creative duties for the brand. Earlier this year, Leo Burnett created and launched the brand platform, ‘Refresh Your Internet’ in a bid to grow awareness of the challenger brand.
Publicis digital agency Digitas will also be engaged on a project basis to provide digital transformation solutions for the business.Superloop was launched in 2014 and currently has more than 350,000 customers.
The agency will be focused on building brand awareness and consideration with new audiences through media, including young families, mature households and online gamers.
The appointment also includes the management of Exetel’s media account, another Internet provider under the Superlooop parent company.

Leveraging the media capability, strategy, proven operational efficiency of Zenith, the agency also hopes to build insightful creative delivered by Leo Burnett.
