WarnerMedia is set to roll out the largest Looney Tunes collection of content and merchandise in decades ahead of the new Warner Bros. Pictures movie Space Jam: A New Legacy, with advance screenings from July 8, 2021.
The line-up of products and content available around the globe will allow fans to join the jam and share the fun. In Australia and New Zealand, WarnerMedia will launch a coordinated roll out to support the theatrical release of Space Jam: A New Legacy with new toys and apparel, Cartoon Network and Boomerang channel takeovers, the original Space Jam remastered in 4k Ultra HD and on ground activations at Warner Bros. Movie World.

Starring basketball champion and global icon LeBron James alongside Bugs Bunny, Lola Bunny and the Looney Tunes Squad, the live-action/animated adventure is a manic mashup of two worlds that reveals just how far some parents will go to connect with their kids.
A New Legacy Of Consumer Products
The Tune Squad is taking over with merchandise from over 200 partners launching Space Jam: A New Legacy themed product around the world.
In Australia and New Zealand, brands like Cotton On Group, Best & Less, Moose, Target, Spalding and EB Games are among the names creating a new legacy of their own ahead of the theatrical release in July.
TOYS
The pre-game has begun with signature toy licensee Moose Toys releasing its Space Jam: A New Legacy inspired toys at major retailers including Target and Big W. The award-winning line includes the Super Shoot and Dunk LeBron James, featuring a high-flying action figure that jumps, dunks and hangs-on-the-rim like LeBron’s character in the film.
Headstart have also created everything from play balls and basketball rings to arcade games and LED basketballs. Hasbro has created Space Jam: A New Legacy Monopoly, and MJM will also have a range of games and puzzles to test your skills. These ranges can be found at major retailers including Target and Big W.
Wow Stuff are joining the Jam with their Wow Pods allowing Space Jam: A New Legacy fans to build their own light display in any pattern and configuration with four characters to collect; Bugs Bunny, Lola Bunny, Tweety and Daffy Duck.
SPORTING GOODS
The largest basketball equipment supplier in the world, Spalding, will continue its legacy of playing an integral role in growing basketball and culture by releasing a new merch line inspired by the film. Spalding will release exclusive hoops and balls and other limited-edition merchandise available at retailers including Rebel Sport and Kmart. The merch will also be available at spalding.com.au and spalding.net.nz.
PUBLISHING
The world’s largest publisher and distributor of children’s books, Scholastic, has created a collection of colouring books, activity pads, novels and stickers which are available at major retailers including Target, Big W and Kmart.
FASHION & ACCESSORIES
Nike Inc. has created Space Jam: A New Legacy collections. Fans can buy and wear the same basketball shoes “King James” wears in the film, as well as youth and adult styles featuring Wile. E. Coyote, Lola Bunny, Bugs Bunny and the rest of the squad. The collection also includes jerseys, tanks, hoodies, jackets, socks and backpacks.
Rebel Sport will release a range of Space Jam: A New Legacy menswear.
Cotton On Group are releasing new products globally including a range of men’s, women’s and children’s apparel, stationery, mugs and phone accessories.
Best & Less will welcome Space Jam: A New Legacy to Australia with a new range that includes sleepwear and outerwear for the whole family.
Target will have a new range of tee’s that’s sure to have your kids ready to Jam in no time. If you wanted something a little bigger, they’ve also got men’s tee’s available to top off their range.

To celebrate the release of Space Jam: A New Legacy, which premieres in cinemas this July, Cartoon Network is bringing together a slam dunk of basketball themed episodes. The all-star stunt features incredible cameos from NBA players in Cartoon Network shows; Teen Titans Go!, We Bare Bears, Scooby-Doo! and Guess Who? and Uncle Grandpa.

To celebrate the release of Space Jam: A New Legacy, Looney Tunes is taking over Boomerang, all day, every day. The takeover, from July 10 to 18, includes episodes from The Looney Tunes Show, New Looney Tunes, Baby Looney Tunes, Baby Looney Tunes: Backyard Adventures, as well as a musical adventure and Looney Tunes: Rabbit’s Run, the movie. With the A-Team all back together, you can expect loads of mayhem, wacky fun and slam dunks of laughter.
