Veridooh has appointed David Sutherland as its head of client and partnerships, the OOH verification company announced today.
Joining Veridooh from QMS where he was the general manager of programmatic, Sutherland brings over 15 years of OOH knowledge, with experience at oOh!media and Carat Australia prior to his time at QMS.
The newly created role will see Sutherland focusing on developing stakeholder relationships such as media agencies, brands and media owners. Sutherland will work closely with clients to ensure the achievement of their objectives through the use of Veridooh’s data and insights.
Co-founder of Veridooh Mo Moubayed said: “We are thrilled to have someone with David’s experience in OOH join us during what’s been a busy and exciting year for our team. We’re hyper-focused on keeping clients at the centre of what we do to ensure their long-term success with us which is how we measure our success as we grow.
“Having David on board means we can better understand client’s needs and work more closely with them to ensure we’re delivering increased value through our products.”
As one of the first members of QMS Australia, Sutherland oversaw the expansion of QMS into the local market and was responsible for elevating the business position in digital and programmatic OOH.
On his appointment, Sutherland said: “Veridooh has a unique ability to help advertisers optimise their media planning and ensure they’re getting the most out of their OOH campaigns. I look forward to working with clients to unlock new growth opportunities through independent verification.
“I’d like to thank QMS for the past nine years. I’ve had the opportunity to work with talented people who I will miss as I begin this new chapter with Veridooh.”
Veridooh has seen significant growth recently, with it now being the preferred partner for GroupM, IPG Mediabrands and Omnicom Media Group.
