Total TV Ratings, June 7
Seven’s Home ad Away was the top primetime entertainment program in the total TV ratings with an audience of 985,000, which was an increase of 19% on its overnight ratings. Also on Seven, Big Brother had 793,000 (up 46%) for its episode where not three but four housemates were up for nomination.
On Nine, Celebrity Apprentice had 703,000 viewers, up 26%, as the celebs had to design and execute guerilla marketing strategies. The episode ended with Beck Zemek being fired for the second time.
On 10, MasterChef Australia was the top program of the night with 874,000, an increase of 18%. The episode saw Steph Woon sent home after attempting to make Andreas Papadakis’ tiramisu.

Nine was the top primary channel (19.1%) and Network (27.1%) last night after putting together a winning combo of A Current Affair and Celebrity Apprentice Australia. ACA had 684,000 viewers as the program featured two Queensland doctors pleading with the federal government to grant visas to a Ukrainian family trying to flee the war. Celebrity Apprentice had 416,000 viewers as the celebs had to create and run their own pet photography studio, with Bronte Campbell ultimately going home.
Home and Away was the top primetime entertainment program for Seven with 489,000 tuning into the Aussie soap. Big Brother then followed at 7:30pm with 356,000 viewers as Reggie began to take control of the game and target the intruders.
On 10, MasterChef Australia was the top entertainment program of the night with 572,000 viewers tuning in as the chefs got to make their own pressure tests. The show was also #1 in all demos, and up on last week’s 542,000.
The Cheap Seats has continued to dominate the 8:30pm timeslot with another winning performance with 383,000 viewers.
On the ABC, in a rare occurrence, the network’s top non-news program came from its multi-channel as a new episode of the famed kid’s program Bluey had 464,000 viewers. The episode featured global superstar Lin-Manuel Miranda who played a horse on the program.
The top non-news program on SBS was Great British Railway Journeys with 186,000 viewers.
