Total TV Ratings, February 13
Death in Paradise was the top non-news program in the total TV ratings with 982,000 viewers, up 21% on its overnight TV ratings.
The top segment of the Winter Olympics was in the evening when 850,000 viewers tuned in.
On the ABC, All Creatures Great and Small had 835,000 viewers after increasing by 33%
Overnight TV Ratings, February 19
The penultimate day of the Winter Olympics competition helped steer Seven to another comfortable win. The broadcaster once again had the top primary channel share (26.2%) and network share (35.1%) after another schedule filled to the brim with Olympic competition.
Beijing Winter Olympics Day 15:
Day: 296,000 (217,000 metro, 79,000 regional)
Afternoon: 391,000 (283,000 metro, 108,000 regional)
Evening: 648,000 (468,000 metro, 202,000 regional
Night: 670,000 (330,000 metro, 128,000 regional)
Late: 493,000 (369,000 metro, 124,000 regional)
The Olympics wasn’t the only sport on Seven, with 47,000 tuning in for Women’s AFL match between the West Coast Eagles and Richmond Tigers.
On Nine, the Saturday edition of A Current Affair brought in a strong 506,000 viewers before Space Invaders continued its second season with an audience of 314,000.
On 10, a repeat of Bondi Rescue had 89,000 viewers before 62,000 watched the A-League match between the Melbourne Victory and Central Coast Mariners.
On the ABC, All Creatures Great and Small was the top non-news program with 413,000 viewers.
The top non-news program on SBS was Ancient Egypt’s Darkest Hours with 112,000 viewers.
STV
The NRL trials continued last night with The Melbourne Storm taking on the New Zealand Warriors, the South Sydney Rabbitohs playing the North Queensland Cowboys, and the Gold Coast Titans battling the Brisbane Broncos. The matches had an average of 103,000.
Raceday Saturday on Sky Racing had 32,000 viewers.
The AFLW had 27,000 viewers for both its matches which featured Cartlon playing St Kilda and the West Coast taking on Richmond.
