Married At First Sight recorded a lift of 41%, bringing it to a total audience of 2.109m. With no more commitment ceremonies left in the experiment, the couples had another dinner party. The episode had a twist as the night featured the honesty box which caused tensions between the couples most notably Ella and Mitch

Australian Survivor lifted 37% to a total of 811,000 as Dave went home after the votes were split between himself and Jordie following Mark playing his idol.

On the ABC, Troppo lifted 28% to bring the crime drama to a total of 439,000.

Nine had a comfortable win last night as the broadcaster continues to cash in on the final episodes of Married at First Sight (MAFS). Nine had both the #1 primary channel (31.8%) and network (38.9%) share as MAFS was the top program of the night with 1.140m, a new season-high for the show.

MAFS was also #1 in all key demos as the episode featured the reunion dinner party that saw Brent confront Tamara over trying to get with Mitch, and Daniel and Carolina trying to get as much screen time as possible.

Underbelly: Vanishing Act then followed with a strong audience of 719,000 viewers as the show told the story of Melissa Caddick

Earlier in the day, Nine’s Sunday afternoon NRL coverage had 267,000 tune in to watch the Melbourne Storm easily handle the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.

On Seven, 564,000 viewers watched as Dancing with the Stars: All Stars named Grant Denyer as the winner. 

The six grand finalists: Courtney Act, David Rodan, Deni Hines, Denyer, Kris Smith, and Ricki-Lee, danced their hearts out in the ultimate ballroom showdown. 

With all the couples performing a freestyle dance, Denyer, Act, and Hines topped the leader board – each collecting a perfect score. However, it wasn’t the judges who would determine the winner on the night, but the audience.

Seven’s Sunday afternoon AFL match had 467,000 viewers tune in.

On 10, the Sunday Project had 223,000 (6:30pm) and 319,000 (7:00pm) as the show discussed Scott Morrision denying allegations of racism, and also spoke to Hannah Gladsby

Australian Survivor had 464,000 viewers as KJ was sent home in the penultimate episode, the votes were originally tied before Chrissy went back to her original alliance. The episode was up on last week’s 440,000 viewers.

On the ABC, Grand Designs New Zealand had 350,000 viewers before Troppo had 184,000 tune in for the Aussie drama.

The top non-news show on SBS was Meeting Gorbachev with 94,000.
