Lawyers, sports agents, powerlifters, bounty hunters, teachers and firefighters are set to take on the new season of Australian Survivor on Monday, January 29 at 7:30 pm on 10 and 10 Play.
The new series of Australian Survivor will pit the winners against the underdogs and the big wigs against the battlers in the ultimate fight to take the crown.
Titans V Rebels is the ninth series of the AACTA and TV Week Logie Award-winning program and is returning to Samoa. 24 all new players will make up the two tribes that will duke it out to find the Sole Survivor.
Across 47 days, the Titans and Rebels will take part in Reward Challenges, where they will compete for luxuries like food and camping essentials. In immunity Challenges, they will play for Immunity from being voted out of the game at the next Tribal Council. At each Tribal Council, each tribe must vote out one of their own.
Jonathan LaPaglia is returning for the ninth time to host this iteration of Australian Survivor. Most recently, Jonathan starred alongside Asher Keddie in Strife, Binge’s comedy-drama inspired by journalist Mia Freedman’s book Work Strife Balance.
10 is also bringing back companion series, Australian Survivor: Talking Tribal. The program will play each week for their fifth season of unpicking and unpacking.
Australian Survivor fan favourites, runner’s up George Mladenov and Chrissy Zaermba, alongside podcaster Shannon Guss, will be hosting the post-episode strat chats.
Each week, the trio will hold their own council discussions, breaking down blindsided, speculating about strategy and making predictions about future gameplay.
The first episode of Talking Tribal drops Wednesday, 31 January after episode three of Australian Survivor: Titans V Rebels, with a new episode dropping weekly, only on 10 Play.
Australian Survivor: Titans v Rebels is an Endemol Shine Australia (a Banijay Company) production for Network 10.
