The Creative Collective announced its planned merger with The Training Collective, expanding its service offer to provide professional training solutions.
The Training Collective was one of the first organisations in Australia to offer digital skills training in 2009, and since then has developed and delivered a multitude of workshops, webinars and programs for individuals, government, corporate and not-for-profit organisations across Australia.
Prior to the acquisition, the company was a stand-alone entity owned by The Creative Collective’s founder, Yvette Adams.
Adams says the move is a natural progression for the agency, and will help a new range of businesses, as well as existing The Creative Collective clients achieve success.
“Whilst The Creative Collective clients have been able to access training via The Training Collective over the years, there are many new services and areas of combined expertise we plan to provide to our clients in 2023.” she said.
“Many people woke up over COVID about the importance of building their team and organisation’s digital skills and capabilities which is an ongoing process. We look forward to continuing to support a wide range of clients, particularly those requiring a well thought out strategic quarterly or annual training program which is where we really excel.” she added.
The move will build on the agency’s almost 16 years of experience in the digital marketing space, spanning mental health, disability support, travel and tourism, eCommence, real estate and more.
Adams added: “No matter what level your workforce is at – beginner to advanced, The Creative Collective has the capabilities to both upskill and support your team in all areas of digital marketing, to yield the best possible results for your business.”
“Feedback received from the Knox City Council community from the digital skills program we ran via The Training Collective developing and delivering the content was excellent. We had savvy digital marketers right through to people just learning about digital marketing attending the session who all got value from the program. This is a credit to the Training Collective to deliver a program with such a wide reach and create enormous value for all,” a previous regional Council client said.
The news follows a period of significant growth for the agency, having recently celebrated client wins including SMART Recovery, Fertility Solutions, The Newcastle Show and extended business working with City of Newcastle, as well as new hires.
Its most recent hire includes the appointment of Serehnonn Lowe as account manager at the Newcastle office.
Lowe has previously worked at organisations including, Salt Sydney and SERV., and brings with her a wealth of experience to The Creative Collective, in social media, public relations and client management.
