Network Ten’s chief sales officer Louise Barrett said: “The Bachelor Australia is a multiscreen sensation that clients cannot wait to support. This year we are working closely with our major partners to deliver unique and innovative activations in the show.

The Bachelor Australia was the most written-about and talked-about show of 2014 and was a huge smash online, capturing Australia’s attention across social media. Its unique format provides powerful partnership and integration opportunities on-screen and online.

“Last year viewers were hooked like never before, with the Final Decision episode up 17% on 2013. It also found 7m fans on Facebook and had more than 14m video views on Network Ten’s digital platform tenplay. This new season is set to create an even bigger buzz when Sam Wood wins hearts across the country and establishes The Bachelor Australia as the must-watch series of 2015,” she said.

Hosted by Osher Günsberg, The Bachelor Australia follows Wood as he negotiates the minefield of modern dating, searching for his dream girl among some of Australia’s most eligible Bachelorettes. Through a series of romantic and extravagant dates, the Bachelorettes will vie for his affection, each hoping to receive a coveted red rose and find their soulmate.

The Bachelor Australia season three starts Wednesday, July 29, at 7.30pm and continues Thursday, July 30, at 7.30pm.
