2GB continues to dominate Sydney with another #1`radio share, despite losing 0.8 points. Breakfast with Ben Fordham is still the #1 breakfast show in the market after remaining steady, losing only 0.2 points. Mornings with Ray Hadley were down 1.6 points as the show continues to have a huge lead in the daypart, with a 15.6% share.
In demographics, the station’s biggest rise was in 25-39, up 0.7 points, while the biggest drop off was in 65+ where 2GB lost 3.7 points.

smoothfm has continued its surge, with the station now the #1 FM station in Sydney for both radio share and cumulative audience. This follows off the station having its lowest share in over five years in survey 1. smoothfm continues to dominate afternoons, where it has a 13.8% share, which is far and away the highest in Sydney. The station is also now #1 in drive which is shared by Simon Diaz (1pm-5pm) and Byron Webb (5pm-9pm). smoothfm was also the #1 FM station on weekends.

KIIS FM has dipped down to be the #2 FM station in Sydney after losing 0.6 points.
This is the 30th consecutive winning survey for Kyle and Jackie O for FM breakfast in Sydney as the pair added 0.3 points to their market share. Will and Woody have dropped to the #2 drive program in Sydney after decreasing their share by only 1.2 points. The station continues to dominate the younger demographic, finishing #1 in 10-17 and 25-39.

WSFM remains at #4 despite Nova closing the gap in Survey 6, after WSFM lost 0.5 points, this is now 1.7 points over the last two surveys. This follows Survey 4’s share of 8.7% which was only 0.1 points shy of its best 10+ result in 2021.
Jonesy and Amanda have remained steady in breakfast with a share of 7.7%. The station lost share in each demographic, while in dayparts its gains were in evenings and weekends.

Nova is closing in on the #4 spot after lessening the gap with WSFM significantly despite losing 0.1 points. The station has also extended its buffer with the #6 and #7 ranked stations in Sydney after increasing its lead to 1.9 over TripleM and 2.2 points over 2DayFM. Breakfast with Fitzy and Wippa was up 0.3 for the second survey in a row. Drive with Kate, Tim, and Joel was down 0.4 points and was the third-ranking drive program in Sydney. The station remained #1 in 18-24.

Triple M has lost the 0.4 points that it made in Survey 5 as it remains the #6 commercial radio station in Sydney. After being up in almost every daypart in Survey 5, the opposite has happened this time around which each timeslot decreasing its share. The breakfast slot with Mark Geyer, Jess and Pagey decreased by 0.4 points. The station’s best demo is still 55-64, where it has an 8.0% share.
