422,000 began their evening with Seven’s Home and Away where Eden manages to escape her kidnappers. Meanwhile, Dr Levi believes a dangerous surgery will save Remi’s life.
287,000 stayed on for the Big Bash. The Strikers took on the Hurricanes at Adelaide Oval. The Strikers won by five wickets (four balls left) finishing 168/5 (19.2) to 165/7 (20).

402,000 watched ABC’s 7.30 as the program showed how Alaska Airlines passengers watched in horror as part of their plane blew out. Plus, there are calls for pill testing after several people overdosed at a Melbourne rave. David Speers also interviewed Queensland Premier Steven Miles.
361,000 then watched the season 10 premiere of Back Roads with presenter Heather Ewart who visited the beachside village of Brunswick Heads.

225,000 then tuned in to Jack Reacher: Never Go Back which followed Jack Reacher who is forced to go on the lam to uncover the truth behind a massive government conspiracy that involves the death of US soldiers.

Then, Michael Palin in North Korea reached 109,000.
