Total TV rating November 25
The season finale of Home and Away was the top non-news program in the total TV ratings with the first two episodes of the 90-minute event bringing in an average of 960,000 viewers while the final ep had 890,000, both were increases of 12%.
The Bachelorette‘s finale had an average of 590,000 viewers, up 29%, while 726,000 tuned in to see Brooke choose Darvid over Jamie-Lee in her final decision.
Million Dollar Hot Seat had 627,000 viewers as Antony McManus became only the second person in the show’s history to win $1 million.
The Front Bar’s Ashes edition had 561,000 viewers as Sam Pang, Mick Molloy and Andy Maher traded in their Sherrin’s for Kookaburra’s.
Overnight TV ratings December 2
Nine has continued its winning streak since the end of the TV ratings survey with another night with both the #1 primary channel share (18.6%) and network share (29.0%). The win was thanks to a combination of A Current Affair (634,000) and RBT (365,000).
On Seven, Border Security: Australia’s Front Line (402,000) continues to occupy Home and Away‘s 7:00pm timeslot. This was followed by Nurses (275,000) and then The Front Bar Ashes Edition (303,000).
On 10, The Project had 313,000 from 7:00pm as the show discussed Alan Tudge standing aside after new allegations.
The ABC aired Barrie Cassidy’s One Plus One (377,000) as he spoke to Fran Kelly as her time on ABC RN comes to a close. Q+A then followed live from Melbourne with host David Speers.
