Australian Radio Network (ARN) has partnered with Sophie Monk to work across special integration and content projects on the KIIS Network.
The partnership will see the television, film and radio star working across commercial projects and integrations with brands, advertisers and agencies across the KIIS network.
This announcement comes after KIIS FM’s Summer Fling show hosted by Monk and Matty Acton in December, and Monk featuring in KIIS FM digital content including prank and stunt segments throughout 2015.
As part of this new commercial partnership, Monk will feature regularly on KIIS FM’s national 3PM Pick Up show and will work on selected on air integrations across the KIIS network, including a new show to be announced in coming weeks.
Of the new partnership, ARN’s national agency sales director Matthew Granger said:
“Part of ARN’s broader strategy is a stronger focus on its audiences, so content creation is at the heart of our commercial business strategy. Great talent is key to this and the announcement of the partnership between industry favourite Sophie Monk and the KIIS Network is another example of our continued investment and strategy.
“This exciting partnership has been created to deliver next level creative and integrated campaigns for our clients across the KIIS Network, while providing entertaining content for our audiences as we connect with them through their day, anywhere and at any time.”
On joining ARN’s commercial team, Monk said:
“I love working with the team at ARN and the KIIS Network. We’ve had a lot of fun over the past year with the Summer Fling and the hilarious videos that we’ve created for online, and now we get to go even bigger and better.
“I think anyone who knows me realises that I’m very happy to bring the laughs – even when they’re usually all at my expense – so I’m just glad I get to keep bringing the crazy… and we all get paid for it! Seriously though, it’s really exciting to be working with a talented, passionate team of people who are genuinely dedicated to producing engaging content. Stay tuned, it’s going to be quite the ride.”
