SCA chief content officer, Dave Cameron, today announced the appointment of Cathrine McVeigh to head of audio production and operations, as part of the Content leadership team.
In the newly created role, McVeigh will oversee the creation of SCA’s new audio production and content operations hub and lead a combined team across the country to deliver a rapidly growing slate of audio content across SCA’s Hit and Triple M networks, commercial production, and digital audio platforms including LiSTNR.
McVeigh joins SCA with over 20 years’ leadership experience in the content production space, specialising in content creation across platforms including podcasting, digital audio, television, and publishing. McVeigh has worked at the ABC, international production house Essential Media Group and most recently Southern Pictures.

She is a highly experienced strategic thought leader and creative innovator, who brings significant success leading large audio and operations teams and managing high volume content slates across multiple audio and video platforms,” Cameron said.
“The addition of Cathrine to the content leadership team will lead the continued level of excellence and growing output of audio content across all of SCA’s broadcast and digital platforms.”

McVeigh will report to Cameron and her role as SCA head of audio production and operations is effective from August 9.
