Mediaweek has now opened registration for its official tour of South By South West (SXSW), offering a custom experience designed and curated by Greg ‘Sparrow’ Graham in Austin, Texas. The tour will inspire new tech innovations and maximise both attendees’ careers and overall experience while at SXSW. The packages include travel, accommodation, SXSW registration, and exclusive experiences including a VIP happy hour with SXSW guest hosted by Mediaweek.

Pricing
- Prices do not include GST
- This tour is for the interactive component of the SXSW festival only
- All prices are in AUD unless explicitly stated to be in USD
- Prices do not cover state and federal taxes, additional room charges (such as room service) or any add-ons are chosen by the attendee
- The package price only covers flights, accommodation, SXSW Platinum Badge and transport to and from the airport
- Packages must be paid in full within 7 business days of the invoice being issued
Accommodation
- The hotels listed in the Mediaweek x SXSW packages are subject to change based on availability and time of booking

Flights
- The flights listed in the Mediaweek x SXSW packages are subject to change based on availability and time of booking
a. The prices in the listed packages are fixed prices for 20 seats; after these seats are exhausted airline prices will increase depending upon the booking lead time
b. Flights to SXSW depart from Sydney and return to Sydney
c. If based out of state, the attendee must make their own travel arrangements to Sydney International Airport to make their flight
d. Attendees can use personal frequent flyer points to upgrade their seat(s) if they so choose - The length of the package cannot be altered
e. This tour provides a 7-night stay from 9 March 2023 – 16 March 2023, no more, no less at the hotel specified in the selected package
f. If the attendee wishes to extend their stay after the festival, these arrangements must be made independently of Mediaweek
Transport
- Transport only covers initial transport upon arrival from the airport to the hotel, and then from the hotel to the airport on completion of your stay
