Nova 100 celebrated its 15th birthday on Saturday and the team from the Nova and smoothfm Melbourne stations started the festivities early with a champagne breakfast on Friday morning.
Hosted by Nova Entertainment’s Melbourne general manager Peter Colosimo the guest list included group sales director and acting COO Peter Charlton, Nova 100 program director Rohan Brown, smoothfm PD Kate Mason, Nova and smoothfm marketing and integration director Tanya Simpson, financial controller John McCool (the longest servicing staff member, formerly with DMGT), head of direct Tamie Williams, head of Create Jaclyn Shaw, technology manager Matt Steadman, head of agency Ben Dixon and national publicity director Jane Elliott
It was also an opportunity for Nova 100’s new breakfast team Chrissie, Sam and Browny to celebrate their final show for 2016, with Nova 100’s Dean “Deano” Thomas (anchor for Chrissie, Sam & Browny), Sarah Maree Cameron, Jaben Ryan and Ben Erbsland as well as smoothfm 91.5’s breakfast team of Mike Perso and Jennifer Hansen plus Ty Frost (one of the station’s longest servicing members) and Simon Diaz to celebrate the station’s birthday.
Chrissie, Sam and Browny asked the longest servicing members of the team, John McCool and Ty Frost, to cut the cake to celebrate.
