Nick Swifte has launched his own independent media strategy, planning and buying agency – Swifty Media.
Swifte serves as the agency’s founder and managing director with close to three decades of best practice experience spanning advertising, media buying and consulting at Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) and Rapid Media.
He launched the agency at an event on Friday at Geelong Club which was attended by guests from politics, business, advertising, media and the arts, and hosted by Neil Soullier OAM, CEO of the Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation.
Swifte’s longevity and knowledge in the industry meant he has established unparalleled relationships with the most senior people and teams across advertising and media.
He said: “Many people have asked me over the journey why I haven’t done this sooner and I can’t adequately explain why I didn’t, but I recently realised I had the drive, passion, knowledge and all the necessary skills and support to go out on my own.
“During this launch journey, I have had so much encouragement, support, advice and feedback from many colleagues and friends and Thank you to everyone who has offered me your sage advice and guidance – your support has been invaluable and means the world to me – I am eager and ready to take it from here.
“At Swifty Media, we value establishing lasting Client relationships from the outset, and to ensure the best possible return on media spend and value propositions are met and maintained,” he continued.
“Our category experience spans print, tv, radio, out of home, digital and social include FMCG, retail, automotive, healthcare, financial services and federal and state governments.”
Swifty Media strongly believes the fabric of any business must include giving back and supporting the community, and true to form Swifte has already commenced working with NFP “Australians For Mental Health”, partnering again with Chris Raine ex “Hello Sunday Morning” to raise awareness of the impacts of mental health on the Australian population.
