Next&Co has been appointed to lead media planning and buying for Australian agricultural experts Nutrien Ag Solutions, marking the partnership with a new multi-platform campaign.
The independent digital agency will manage all end-to-end media planning and buying for Nutrien Ag Solutions, with a focus on increasing brand awareness and improving overall customer sentiment and loyalty.
Nutrien Ag Solutions has been an integral part of the Australian agriculture industry for more than 180 years, providing expert services including precision farming, and marketing livestock and wool, water, finance, insurance, merchandise and real estate to the nation’s rural community.
Home to more than 4,000 farming experts, Nutrien Ag Solutions is also the largest distributor of farming supplies in Australia.
Keen to tap into Nutrien Ag Solutions’ reputation as a critical partner for its customers across rural, regional and remote Australia, Next&Co collaborated with creative agency By All Means for the new “Going Further” campaign, which has recently launched.
For the first time, Nutrien Ag Solutions has used a multi-platform approach for the campaign, focused on showcasing how the business works with rural clients to support and further grow its operations. The campaign, which has been rolled out across radio, digital, audio, social media and print, also includes a TV commercial, using sweeping drone footage of country Australia to capture the Nutrien Ag Solutions brand story and breadth of product offering.
John Vlasakakis, Next&Co’s co-founder, said: “We are excited to be working with such an iconic Australian business in Nutrien Ag Solutions. Nutrien Ag Solutions has built a solid reputation in the agriculture industry as a critical partner in rural business success. We were particularly inspired by their commitment to be innovative and forward-thinking in their campaign approach, while also wanting to celebrate their history and brand.
“We used this vision as the backbone for the ‘Going Further’ campaign, and really focused on elevating their position in-market, while also trying to understand who the Nutrien Ag Solutions customer is and what drives them to not only purchase, but to remain loyal to the business,” he added.
The Nutrien Ag Solutions appointment follows Next&Co’s recent move to become a full service media agency following rapid growth, including client wins of Australian rural supplier CRT, Australian ecommerce provider New Aim, Bevilles jewellers, and Ahoy Club, the Malouf-owned global superyacht charter business.
