Mix 102.3 are set to launch Erin & Soda’s Easter Fun Fair thanks to commercial partner Fasta Pasta.
Featuring a range of sideshow games and rides for children and thrill-seekers alike, the fun fair will be held from April 1 – 25 at Park 21, on the corner of Greenhill Road and Sir Lewis Cohen Avenue.
Of today’s launch, Erin Phillips said, “Soda and I are really excited to bring our families along to the Easter fun fair, we had such a great time last year. See you all down there.”
Soda added, “We’ve been so lucky in South Australia over the past year with Covid-19, which means we’ve been able to enjoy so much that other states haven’t. Here’s another chance to get together with the family over Easter and have some fun.”
The fair will include rides such as Extreme Party Machine, Jungle Twisting Coaster, Skydiver, Tea Cups, Dragon Coaster, Dodgem Cars, and the Mix Ferris Wheel as well as sideshow games include, laughing clowns, fishing, archery, shooting gallery and balloon pop.
The range of show bags available for purchase will include confectionary bags and novelty bags priced from $5 to $35. Show bags include Cadbury, Peppa Pig, Bluey, Pokémon, Paw Patrol, Pacman, Hatchimals, Friends, and Hotwheels.
A number of food trucks will be at the event including Mediterranean and Greek cuisine, baked potatoes, dagwood dogs, chips, slushies, and fairy floss.
Tickets are $3 and available at the Mix102.3 website. Children under the age of two are free, but must have a ticket to enter. In line with the event’s Covid Management plan, three sessions will be held across the day with capacity of approximately 3,000 people per session. See the Mix 102.3 website for session times.
Mix 102.3 will also be giving away VIP family passes to Erin & Soda’s Easter Fun Fair, show bags, food, and unlimited rides.
SA Health has approved the Covid Management Plan for this event. This plan addresses density, distancing, contract tracing, cleaning and hygiene guidelines, and procedures. All contractors have their own Covid Safe Plan which is based on the guidelines of the event’s Covid Management Plan. There will be a number of dedicated Covid Marshals onsite at the event ensuring everyone is staying Covid Safe, as well as a qualified Covid Marshal at each ride, games, showbag and food stands.
