Michael Harvey & Jason Dooris win at CEO Magazine Exec of Year

The 2016 Executive of the Year Awards were hosted by Eddie McGuire

Australian Radio Network’s chief operating officer and chief financial officer Michael Harvey has been awarded the CFO of the Year at The CEO Magazine’s Executive of the Year Awards during a gala dinner held in Sydney last night.

Jason Dooris of Atomic 212 was named Media Executive of the Year while Stephen Mercy of Mercy Health Australia was named CREO of the Year.

Of Michael Harvey’s win, ARN’s CEO Tony Kendall said: “Michael joined ARN as CFO in 2013 before also becoming COO, and has worked closely with Ciaran [Davis] and the APN team, myself and the executive team, to create and lead the implementation of financial and operational strategies to strengthen ARN’s core radio business, expand ARN’s digital business and diversify revenue streams to ensure continued growth. We congratulate Michael on this award and I would like to thank him again for his continued support and contribution to the ongoing success of our business.”

Now in its fifth year, the 2016 Executive of the Year Awards were hosted by Eddie McGuire and held at Four Points by Sheraton, Darling Harbour, Sydney and was their biggest awards event yet, with more than 550 guests and nominees attending from the country’s most respected brands.
