Tails are wagging over creative appointment for Coles-owned Swaggle

Swaggle x It's Friday - Emma Wynne and Pete Bosilkovski

Pete Bosilkovski: ‘It’s the dream opportunity for an agency. We can’t wait to get started.’

Coles owned pet store, Swaggle, has appointed It’s Friday as its creative agency.

The independent creative agency will create a new brand platform and vision for the brand as the newest entrant in the Pet Retail category.

Swaggle offers an end-to-end pet personalisation experience, featuring 100 categories of products from over 190 brands, as well as offering Pet Insurance, free vet advice, an easy Repeat Delivery program that rewards your loyalty and collects Flybuys points on every order.

“We loved the challenger ambition that Emma Wynne and Chad Burke have for the Swaggle brand,” said Pete Bosilkovski, CEO It’s Friday.

“Aussies love their pets with 70% of households owning one. The opportunity to connect Swaggle with pet owners in a fresh new way is what has us excited.

“It’s the dream opportunity for an agency. We can’t wait to get started,” he added.

Emma Wynne, Head of Marketing at Swaggle, said: “At Swaggle, we know pets are part of the family. We are excited to work with It’s Friday on the next iteration of our brand journey, bringing to life a bold new platform that connects with pet parents.”

This win comes after the creative agency was appointed by Greater Bank to create a new brand platform and vision for the brand last month.

“We have big plans for our Greater Bank brand, and we’re excited to tell a strong new story with It’s Friday,” said Kate Messenger – head of brand and marketing, NGM Group.

“Greater Bank isn’t just another bank; they’re a challenger brand with heart and an ambition to make an impact to Australian lives. We’re excited to be partnering with Kate, Garry and the awesome Greater Bank marketing team, and we’re eager to get stuck in to help them realise this ambition around customer engagement and growth.”
