Mrs Brown’s Boys Live topped the UK TV chart for the week ending on July 24 2016. The show had 8.8 million people tuning in. This placed the usual chart-topper, EastEnders, in second place with an audience of 6.9 million. Two of the top three show in the UK were on BBC1. ITV’s long-running drama series Coronation Street was the third-most-watched show with 6.2 million watching.
Meanwhile, America’s Got Talent held the top two spots in the US in week ending on July 31. The show attracted an audience for over 9.5 million for both episodes.
