Imagination has announced the appointment of Justine Carr as its new head of growth in Australia.
Carr joins the experience design company after nine years at George P Johnson. Her most recent role there was as business director, APAC. Before that, she work for event companies in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
In the role, she will build Imagination’s brand reputation and help drive business growth through experience design consultancy, live events, brand destinations and digital content.
Carr said of her new role: “It’s a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative, highly creative team of free thinkers wanting to push the boundaries of what’s possible, to create award-winning brand experiences that move the needle for our clients and resonate with their audience.”

Carr will work alongside Imagination creative service director Kate Daly, focusing on growing existing and new clients while also taking its offerings in new directions.

Carr’s appointment comes after recent hires to Imagination’s global growth team, including UK business development director Stephanie Balme and Chad Hines, US director of business development.
