Creative communications agency Icon has announced a partnership with Salesforce consulting firm Xenai Digital.

The collaboration aims to unite their capabilities in Salesforce, CX, UX, UI, AI design, and open-source technologies like Drupal and GovCMS to address digital transformation needs across the marketing ecosystem.

Headquartered in Melbourne, Icon Agency specialises in end-to-end user engagement, design, content strategy, and development, with strengths in Drupal and GovMCS SaaS/PaaS. The agency also offers in-house capabilities in brand management, PR, communications, behaviour change, and media training.

Xenai Digital is an Australian agency focused on accelerating value from Salesforce adoption, with an emphasis on customer experience automation.

The announcement marks Icon Agency’s second partnership this year. In April, the agency announced a long-term collaboration with The Man Cave, a charity focusing on preventative mental health and emotional intelligence, through its social and behaviour change division, The Change Collective.

The partnership see see both Icon and The Man Cave teams share resources, insights and expertise to important behaviour change programs for state and federal government departments. It also inform work with NFPs and consumer brands to create advertising and comms that helps to address unhelpful gender stereotypes and the issues they cause.

Additionally, in May, Icon Agency welcomed Nick Zonnios as director of consumer, overseeing the agency’s newly launched consumer practice. Zonnios previously served as Head of PR at CHEP Network.
