Hogarth has announced the expansion of its addressable content team along with key appointments to the team.
Alice Hughes has been appointed as addressable lead, while Blake Moseley has been promoted to global head of addressable product.
Hughes will oversee Australia’s addressable content offering and lead the agency’s addressable content partnership (ACP) with GroupM. She will ensure clients across the region are best equipped with content services that are more data- driven, and that consumers are provided with a highly personalised advertising experience.
Hughes brings to the role 14 years of media industry experience. She joins the team from Omnicom, where she led Australia and New Zealand operations for Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) Agency – Adylic. Here, she delivered and managed personalised ad technology solutions for multiple agencies and brands across the Omnicom Group.

Since joining Hogarth, Moseley has the led the design, development, and implementation of Hogarth’s addressable content and DCO offering across Australia and New Zealand.
In his current role, he will be an instrumental member of the global addressable content practice team, expanding his remit to collaborate with GroupM’s global agencies while also working closely with global clients including Vodafone, Uber and Honda.
Moseley of his new role: “Over the past 18 months I’ve had the privilege to work alongside some of the smartest people in the industry.
“I’m excited and grateful to be given the opportunity to now expand my remit, working with Hogarth Global and GroupM across the world to further evolve our offering and continue to keep us as the addressable leaders in every region,” he added.
