3AW 15.0%

Another cracking survey to end the year, despite shedding half a point overall, a year where station share peaked at 16.2% in survey six. Ross and John have had a breakfast share of 20% or better five times this year with a high of 21.6% in survey six. The breakfast win now means Ross and John have won 200 surveys, 129 of them consecutively.

Gold 104.3 9.6%

After being let go, breakfast hosts Jo and Lehmo didn’t end the year #1 FM, but they were not far off the pace after share dropped 1.0 to 7.4%. Breakfast peaked at 8.4% in survey seven of course at Gold. Station share also peaked that survey on 11.1%. No new breakfast show reveal until early 2018.

101.9 Fox FM 8.4%

Drive and evening lifted a little this survey, but breakfast, morning and afternoon dipped. Breakfast with Fifi, Fev and Byron ended the year on 7.0% after a year high of 9.0% in survey six. Station share peaked at 9.9% in survey four. Fox maintains biggest cume audience of 1.1m+ listeners.

Nova 100 8.0%

Breakfast with Chrissie, Sam and Browny has ended the year as it started – #1 FM – along with the show’s best-ever share of 8.2%. Station has ended year with equal best share of the year.

smoothfm 91.5 7.8%

Not a brilliant end to the year, but it’s been a good one with smoothfm #1 FM four times with a station high share of 10.5% in survey six. This is lowest station share since survey seven 2016.

KIIS 101.1 FM 7.5%

Of course the station was going to post its best result in over two years just before it launches new breakfast and drive offering next month. Breakfast share was 6.3%, which is nothing special. Station boost this survey came in drive (+1.3 to 9.4% for Hughesy and Kate‘s final survey) and in evening (+2.1 to 9.2%).

105.1 Triple M 6.3%

No records broken here for the year, but breakfast did climb to 7.6% where it is now #2 FM breakfast, which is best since survey five. Year high station share was 7.3% while breakfast best was 8.1% in survey four. Overall ranking might be under pressure, but station #1 men 18-54.

SEN 3.2%

With a new owner looming, station share was second lowest of the year after 2.7% in survey one. Breakfast did 3.6% this survey after peak of 3.5% in previous two surveys.

TalkingLifestyle1278 0.3%

These numbers certainly not improving with a new all-time low station share. Breakfast just as challenging with 0.1% which, you guessed it, is also an all-time low.
