Gemini XIII has announced the launch of its cloud-based imaging service Phantom Producer in international markets including Canada, Australia and the UK.
Phantom Producer is poised to alter the way many radio stations create customised imaging by offering the ability to choose, mix and create sweepers, links and other interstitial production elements, along with their station voice or jingle – completely ‘in-the-box’ without the need for any additional equipment or training.
Phantom Producer was created by Australian producer Jeff Thomas (formerly 2MMM-FM, Virgin Radio, KIIS-FM Los Angeles & Howard Stern/Sirius XM) and currently offers 13 unique radio imaging services to thousands of radio stations across the US.
Phantom Producer allows the freedom to work from multiple locations while still being connected to studio play-out systems. Multi-format and multi-station program directors can flick between accounts without needing to establish new connections, while announcers that use the service while on the air can rapid-fire their produced pieces into their automation systems, even while a song is playing, fully programmed (i.e. with the necessary metadata embedded in the file).
The International launch is the first time the service has been offered outside of the US.
Phantom Producer is operated by a team of world-class station imagers and is currently serving the CHR, AC, Hot AC, Rock, Alternative, Urban, Urban AC, Classic Rock and Classic Hits formats as well as three Country services and a service exclusively for morning shows. Access is also available to three stand-alone production libraries – Killer Hertz, Trailer House FX & Cinematic Royalty Free Music.
Gemini XIII is a premium audio content, production and marketing company with offices in New York, Dallas and Sydney, Australia.
