Sports Entertainment Network has secured esteemed racing broadcaster, Gareth Hall, who will join the team at SENTrack.
With his background across all three racing codes, Hall will host a newly formatted daily morning program, including the critical Saturday morning timeslot. Hall will also front SEN and SENTrack chasing, pacing and racing TV shows.
Hall’s career spans several high-profile roles with the likes of Channel 9, RSN and TAB Radio in Western Australia.
Sports Entertainment Network chief executive, Craig Hutchison, said Hall was the perfect option to continue the growth and excitement of SENTrack.
“SENTrack is delighted to add someone the calibre of Gareth Hall to lead our coverage.
“Gareth is the epitome of the modern day chasing, pacing and racing fan. Knowledgeable, presentable and entertaining. As adept at tipping and news as he is banter and fun.
“And he loves and has worked in all three codes, which is exactly what SENTrack represents. A new lens on greyhound and harness coverage and racing. He will embrace all three codes all day behind the microphone, leading the way each morning.
“The SENTrack family is a melting pot of many areas: celebrating the codes, great tips, insight, and banter; and some sport, pop culture and irreverence thrown in.
“We can think of no one better to join our already thriving SENTrack team and lead us into the next phase of growth.”
Hall said he is excited by the possibilities to continue to promote the racing industry via SENTrack.
“I can’t wait to join SEN, starting a new journey with the SENTrack team. I’m extremely passionate about the racing industry and I look forward to creating a show that is different to other racing programs.
“We will have plenty of fun, hopefully provide our listeners with a heap of winners while promoting racing like it has never been done before. I’m passionate about all three codes and I look forward to connecting with the SENTrack audience.”
Hall will join the likes of Campbell Brown, Cam Luke, David Taggart, Miles Pfitzner, Simon O’Donnell, Sam Hyland, Chris Nelson, Mitch Ebeyer, Damian Watson and Jason Bonnington on SENTrack from September 5.
