Entries open for 25th annual Promax ANZ Awards

Jessica Burton: “Promax has always been about celebrating each other and our creative purpose.”

Entries for the Promax ANZ Awards are now open, marking the 25th year of recognising the creative efforts of marketers and content creators in broadcast media and streaming.

Promax is a premier association for the entertainment marketing industry, representing a vibrant community of content creators, marketers, and designers in media. Its mission is to foster community, creativity, and inspiration that drive tangible results for its members.

This year’s Promax ANZ Awards ceremony will take place at the CIC, Telstra Building, Sydney, on Friday, 20 September. The event includes a conference prior to the awards ceremony, featuring a panel of creatives from around the world.

The awards celebrate campaigns that engage audiences from major media companies across the region. They are open to all platforms and their agencies involved in promotions, content creation, social media, design, and marketing of TV and streaming entertainment content in Australia and New Zealand.

This year, Jessica Burton has been appointed as the new Chairperson of the association. Burton is the head of creative at Sky New Australia and has over 15 years of experience in the media and communications industry, with numerous industry awards to her name.

Promax has always been about celebrating each other and our creative purpose,” said Burton.

“I remember feeling so inspired as a young person by the conference and the camaraderie it so uniquely fosters. I’m excited to contribute to further driving that inspiration amongst my peers as we step into the future together.”

The deadline for all submissions is Friday, 19 July 2024. Eligible entries must be for work completed between 4 August 2023 and 9 August 2024.
