LifeStyle FOOD presenter Paul West to host the cooking classes.

Independent television production company KEO Australia has launched the River Cottage Australia Cooking School 2015.
The one-day weekend courses will be hosted by the River Cottage Australia television series host Paul West and a team of experts with an emphasis on local, seasonal produce with a nose-to-tail approach.

The River Cottage Australia Cooking School 2015 commences on May 23rd and will run every Saturday and Sunday for twelve weeks. Small group classes will feature recipes from the television series and newly released River Cottage Australia Cookbook. Paul West will also take groups on a behind the scenes farm tour to meet the many farm characters, pick vegetables from the kitchen garden and be introduced to much-loved, four-legged mate, Digger.

Leonie Lowe, managing director KEO Australia said, “We are delighted to launch the cookery school program in Australia. This is an opportunity for KEO Enterprises to develop the River Cottage Australia brand and discover new ways for the many fans to engage with the beautiful farm location of Central Tilba, on the Far South Coast of NSW.”
