Drama rocks the consolidated TV ratings world

Aussie dramas attract good extra audiences after their initial screening in week 32

People catching up with recorded dramas continue to be the only programs pulling big consolidated TV numbers.

The Seven US drama The Blacklist, which used to be a big “live” hit for Seven, has turned into a catchup king. The two episodes Seven screened in week 32 both had extra audiences of over 200,000 when you look at the consolidated data.

Among the few Aussie dramas on air and attracting good extra audiences after their initial screenings are Seven’s Winners & Losers and ABC’s Glitch.
