Clearco has announced the appointment of Alicia Ho as its first Australian marketing manager.
Ho joins the Fintech company, which is an e-commerce investor revolutionising the way founders grow their businesses, following its October 2021 launch in Australia.
Her remit includes raising awareness of the opportunity Clearco’s AI and data science-driven revenue-based funding brings to e-commerce businesses and devising its foundational marketing strategy in Australia.
Clearco Australia managing director Dan Peters said of the appointment: “Clearco are pioneers of revenue-based funding, so exceptional marketing is critical to establish the category and educate the market.
“With Alicia’s wealth of experience in strategic digital, integrated marketing and events, I’m confident we have found the ideal marketer to realise our ambitious growth plans in Australia,” he added.
Ho joins Clearco from digital merchandising solutions provider Coates Group where she spent over two years as marketing manager and responsible for product marketing and global internal relations.
She was previously marketing manager at Integral Ad Science and has held marketing and digital sales roles at STM Goods and carsales.com.au.
