With 2023 well and truly underway, Network 10 has given a glimpse of what their slate looks like for the rest of the year.
First up is the third season of The Cheap Seats – confirmed for Tuesday, May 9. Melanie Bracewell and Tim McDonald are returning to Tuesday nights, picking up where they left off as satirical news anchors who poke fun at the major headlines and everything in-between, from celebrity missteps to viral cat videos. The pair are joined by cultural correspondent Mel Tracina, and sport expert, Titus O’Reily who share their two cents on the week’s events.
Returning to 10 and 10 Play on Monday, 15 May for its 11th season isHave You Been Paying Attention? Quizmaster Tom Gleisner is back with a fresh deck of questions from the world of showbiz, televised quests for love, celebrity scandals, sporting sagas and triumphs, and the antics of politicians. Show regulars, Sam Pang and Ed Kavalee return to answer all his questions and race to take the first jab at Tom’s expense.
Also tickling viewers’ funny bones will be the revival of Thank God You’re Here, the improv show that ran from 2006 to 2007 on 10 before it was moved to Seven for its final fourth season in 2009.
Originally hosted by Shane Bourne, the new iteration will see comedian Celia Pacquloa take the helm as host of the show. Pacquola said of her new role: “I’m so excited Thank God You’re Here is coming back, and I’m thrilled to host because that means I’ll be in the best position to watch it. I can’t wait to send comedians through the big blue door and not have to go through it myself.”

Things are set to take a more serious turn on Channel 10 with a second season of The Traitors confirmed. Award-winning and celebrated actor, Rodger Corser, returns to host the second season of the international hit franchise. Actors, reality stars, and content creators will join the likes of former federal agents, lawyers, and marketing consultants in the game where you can trust no one.
Alex Duggan from South Australia won the first Australian series of The Traitors through her Logie Award-winning tears, strategically manipulating her way to $250,000.

This year, the biggest race around the world is heading in a new direction in an exciting new series, The Amazing Race Australia Celebrity Edition. In the last season, the final leg took three teams to Broome, Western Australia. It was an emotional and exhausted Team Memory Makers, Heath and Toni, who stepped onto the Pit Stop mat first, winning a $250,000 cash prize and an Isuzu D-MAX and an Isuzu MU-X.

Finally, The Masked Singer will be bringing back surprises, glitter, and more fabulous suits from Osher Günsberg. Mel B, Chrissie Swan, Abbie Chatfield, and Dave Hughes are back on deck, as they to try to outguess you from your couch.
Last season Channel 10 unveiled international popstar and former member of The Pussycat Dolls, Melody Thornton (Mirrorball), as the winner of The Masked Singer ahead of singers Sheldon Riley (Snapdragon) and Hugh Sheridan (Rooster).
