Audience Precision has announced the appointment of two new strategists to its expanding team – Patrick McGuinn and James Porter.
In their new roles, McGuinn and Porter will work in the media division of Audience Precision in client-facing roles, delivering multi-platform campaign strategies, while also supporting the broader marketing team.
Their appointments to the media strategy consultancy and technology business are effective immediately, and they will report to media team lead Jessica Bray.
McGuinn joins the business from stints at WIN TV and Seven Affiliate Sales where he was a sales executive, while Porter comes from a senior media planner role at Discovery Inc.
Bray said the appointments to the expanded media team would help meet client demand. She said: “Both Pat and James are passionate, eager to learn, and driven to deliver, and I know they will work hard to achieve outstanding results for our clients.
“They both come from media backgrounds, so they understand the landscape, and are committed to building strong relationships with their clients – I’m hoping their new roles provide opportunities for them to grow and expertly deliver all the AP tools and support services.
“The new appointments are indicative of the sustained growth of AP over the past few years and the expansion of our client footprint. We’re excited to see what the rest of 2022 delivers,” she added.
The new hires are part of a major recruitment period for the business, with the recent promotion of Sundeep Paidipally to head of data science.
Paidipally, who has been with Audience Precision since 2016, initially joined the business as a data analyst, working his way up to the new role.
Joining him is research co-ordinator Vaibhavi Deshpande who joins the business from the University of Sydney, where she obtained a Masters in Research – Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
Deshpande will use her passion for digital media and research to support Audience Precision’s research unit.
Monia Montefusco was also recently appointed as client partner. In her new role, Montefusco will be responsible for managing key accounts across the Audience Precision business, including non-alcoholic drinks brand Lyre’s and retailer RM Williams, reporting to CEO Haydon Bray.
