Audience Group welcomes two leadership appointments

Audience Group x Angela Rogers and Casey Greig

James McDonald: ‘Angela and Casey are both deeply aligned with our vision for the agency and for the advertising industry.’

Audience Group has welcomed the promotion of Angela Rogers as client services director and appointment of Casey Greig as head of strategy.

For Rogers, the promotion recognises her contribution over close to three years as account director of the independent media strategy and advertising services agency.

Meanwhile, Greig joins Audience Group with 17 years of media strategy and research experience, bringing a bold, forward-thinking approach. She was drawn to the agency because she shares the co-founders’ commitment to challenging the status quo and pushing the industry forward.

Together Roger and Greig will balance ambitious thinking with practical execution to deliver on clients’ business objectives.

Pushing the boundaries of advertising and media with data and analytics

“Angela and I are both firm believers in the vision that led Tom Evans and James McDonald to launch Audience Group,” said Greig. “We’re here to push the boundaries of advertising and media strategy through intelligent application of data and analytics.”

“That mindset is what drew me to the agency. It’s a culture of innovation that generates an exciting and reinvigorating energy, and a clear focus on clients’ business objectives,'” she added.

Rogers said: “Audience Group is a team of sharp minds that turn ambitious thinking into practical, measurable solutions. We’re energised by working with forward-thinking clients who embrace new approaches and trust us to deliver better results.”

“Strong client relationships are the foundation of our best work,” Rogers added. “By building trust and collaboration, we create an environment where we can focus on what we do best. With evidence-based rationale, our clients gain the confidence to take calculated risks—resulting in strategies that drive real business impact.”

Greig has previously held strategy leadership roles at NOVA Entertainment, The Lab Insight & Strategy, and Publicis Worldwide. She has also led research-focused teams at Southern Cross Austereo and Bauer Media (now Are Media), where she was Commercial Research Director for nearly three years. Greig’s industry expertise extends to her time on the IAB Audience Measurement Council, where she contributed to assessing and advancing audience measurement standards.

Rogers’ career has been defined by a deep focus on client relationships, service excellence, and execution. Before transitioning into media and advertising, she competed as a professional cyclist, an experience that sharpened her discipline and resilience. Her professional path includes key roles at Telstra, Brisbane City Council, and BCM Group, and most recently, she was selected for the IMAA Female Leaders of Tomorrow program, recognising her leadership capabilities in the industry.

‘They will challenge, refine, and push us all to do even better’

Audience Group co-founders, James McDonald, who serves as managing director, and chief operating officer Tom Evans, have built the agency on a foundation of innovative thinking, empirical evidence, and a refusal to accept business-as-usual.

“Angela and Casey are both deeply aligned with our vision for the agency and for the advertising industry,” said McDonald. “They bring fresh energy, different but complementary strengths, and a shared focus on delivering outstanding work. They will challenge, refine, and push us all to do even better.”
