Atomic 212° has been appointed to the Great Wall Motor (GWM) media account.
The independent media agency will be responsible for global auto brand’s media planning and buying as well as SEO across Australia and New Zealand from December 2024, after winning the account in a competitive pitch.

“We welcome Atomic 212° to the team,” GWM’s head of marketing and communications, Steve Maciver, said. “After a sustained period of growth, GWM is ready to take the next step towards becoming one of the region’s leading auto brands and after meeting with Atomic 212°, it became clear that they had the necessary tools, people and experience to help us with this exciting challenge.”
Atomic 212° national managing director, Rory Heffernan, added: “Steve and the team at GWM really impressed us with their clarity of vision, approach to collaboration and growth ambitions for the GWM brand in Australia. We’re delighted to help further accelerate their marketing program by delivering on our smarter, faster, accountable media promise.”
