Human Nature Gimme Some Love

Human Nature has scored their first #1 album in a decade since “Dancing in the Streets: The Songs of Motown” topped the chart in 2006. “Gimme Some Lovin’: Jukebox Volume 2” is their 13th album and had some great media support last week across everything from a Karl Stefanovic 60 Minutes stop at a Human Nature Las Vegas barbecue to a visit to WSFM’s Jonesy and Amanda Sydney show.

It was a quiet week for new releases on the album chart too with just one other chart debut cracking the top 50 – US prog metal artists Periphery with fifth album “Periphery III – Select Difficulty” new at #8.

Back in the top 10 at #2 after nine weeks on the chart is Flume with his former #1 album “Skin”.
