Ardent is continuing its expansion by adding to its Sydney team and client portfolio in the first quarter of the financial year.
The North Sydney-based full-service marketing agency has welcomed Adrian Wang as digital designer, Mark Kratochvill as digital strategy manager, Patricio Churruarin as paid social manager and Kerry-Ann Henrico as public relations account manager.
The strategic acquisition of new talent has propelled the agency’s focus on delivering in-house full-service capabilities and meeting the needs of partners, resulting in an 83% increase in the overall agency headcount year on year.
Ardent managing director, Danny Massa said: ”We passionately believe our role is to act as an extension of our partner’s team. We work collaboratively to navigate the ever-evolving marketing landscape together and have always channelled our efforts into providing holistic marketing support to scale our partner’s growth.”
“This is why we place such emphasis on ensuring each hire within our Ardent team not only brings exceptional value to the agency but more importantly, to our partners. Alongside the existing wealth of knowledge and talents among our team, Adrian, Mark, Patricio, and Kerry-Ann, bring us closer to our mission to ignite marketing innovation and be instrumental in the success of our partners,” he added.
Also joining the Ardent team in the newly created role of digital designer is Adrian Wang who will lend his creative flair to Ardent’s upcoming website design and development projects for Biointelect, WOBI, and Heartkids. His background spans animation, graphic design, and application and web development design, and his expertise bolsters the creative services offered for Ardent’s new and existing partners.
Ardent’s paid performance team is strengthened by the hires of two senior managers Mark Kratochvill and Patricio Churruarin. Kratochvill possesses nearly a decade of specialist experience in programmatic advertising, paid search advertising, website measurement, conversion tracking, and attribution modelling, enhancing Ardent’s data-driven approach to existing and new paid media client’s SYMBX Biome, 10:PM, and Affordable Pools.
Churruarin brings over three years of experience in e-commerce and lead generation, leveraging platforms Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest to drive revenue and optimise paid social campaign performance for Ardent’s diverse client base. Henrico joins Ardent’s public relations and communications team which has doubled in size since the beginning of 2023.
Since July, Ardent has proudly secured new cross-vertical partnerships with boxed mattress e-commerce brand, 10:PM, Australian medical technology company, SYMBX Biome, and modular pool specialists, Affordable Pools.
New website project acquisitions for world-leading biotechnology and life science consulting firm, Biointelect, leading global business content hub World of Business Ideas (WOBI), and Heartkids, the only Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting families impacted by Childhood onset Heart Disease (CoHD), have also fuelled Ardent’s team growth.
Ardent remains committed to providing a holistic 360-degree marketing strategy tailored to each client’s unique needs. With an ethos for innovation and passion for more, Massa attributes the success of the agency to its ingrained, integrated full-service approach.
“Ardent’s expertise lies in developing and executing a holistic 360-degree marketing strategy using in-house teams to scale business growth through agility and transparency. We are not just a service provider; we are partners in success, driving transformative change for our partners with results that matter,” he said.
