Think TV, the marketing initiative of Free TV Australia, has calculated that so far in 2015 over 1,000 programs have reached audiences over 1m. The calculation uses consolidated data and adds metro and regional audiences.
The top 10 programs (below) are all over 2.5m and all three commercial TV broadcasters are represented in the top 10. The top four spots belong to rugby league and cricket, with the next four spots split between the reality series My Kitchen Rules, The Block and MasterChef Australia.
